The Wolf of Wall Street Now On DVD/Blu-Ray – Price/Details/Review

Martin Scorsese’s The Wolf on Wall Street starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Jonah Hill was released on DVD and Blu-Ray in the US this week.

The Wolf of Wall Street is a telltale true story about the life of broker Jordan Belfort. The movie is full of sex, money, and laughs as we find out what it’s like working on Wall Street.

Leonardo DiCaprio stars as the anti-hero, Jordan Belfort, and we see some of his best work as he fixes the stock market, drives expensive cars, and does countless amounts of drugs.

The movie is a marathon of three hours, but keeps the audience interested from opening titles to closing credits.

The Wolf of Wall Street is not for the faint of heart though as rarely does five minutes go past where there isn’t extensive drug taking, vivid sex scenes, nudity, and copious amounts of bad language, allowing the movie to been given the lucrative rating of R18+.

This movie is an instant classic as it manages to succeed in every possible way a movie can, the story is interesting, the performances of DiCaprio and his support Jonah Hill are tremendous, and Martin Scorsese proved his directing talent yet again.

Since its début in the US on the 17th December last year the movie has received 5 Oscar nominations as well as countless more nominations and wins, it has also already reached #84 in IMDBs top 250 movies of all time.

The Wolf on Wall Street is available for rent on Amazon Instant Video for $3.99 or can be purchased for $14.99. It’s $15.96 on DVD and $19.96 on Blu-ray at Amazon, Walmart, and 3¢ at Target.

There’s no word yet on when it will be out on Netflix.
