Target is offering a $200 gift card for used iPads through its electronics trade-in program.
The offer is only good in stores through November 9, 2013.
iPads must be in working condition, power on, and the screen can’t be scratched or damaged.
Any generation of iPad is eligible.
To take advantage of the offer, shoppers need to find a Target mobility store near them and have the iPad appraised at the mobility kiosk in-store.
Once appraised and approved, the customer will receive a minimum $200 Target gift card, good for use at any Target store.
Target’s electronics trade-in program also accepts iPhones, iPods, cameras (both point and shoot and DSLR models), smart phones, tablets, e-readers, video games, calculators, and laptops. However the $200 trade-in offer currently applies to iPads only.
Laptops can only be traded in online while other items can be traded in online or in-store.
Shoppers who wish to trade in iPads and other devices online will receive free UPS shipping; a Target gift card for the value of their item will be mailed to them.
