Verizon Sells Out Of iPhone Preorders

Just one day after preorders for the iPhone 4 through Verizon began, the company has announced it will no longer be taking those orders.

The demand was so high for the phone that it took less than a day for the wireless company to sell out. The website was slammed throughout the day with customers attempting to order their iPhone before they hit the stores next week.  Many of them were left without as the supply dwindled quickly.

Those who were unable to order will have another chance. The company’s website states that they will resume taking orders on Wednesday February 9 at 3:01 am.

For those that want to wait a little longer the stores will soon have them in stock. Beginning at 7 am on Thursday February 10 Apple and Verizon stores nationwide will have the new iPhone 4 on the shelves until supplies run out.
