Veronica Mars TV Series Now Available On Amazon Prime!

The entire Veronica Mars series is now available exclusively on Amazon Prime Instant Video.

Amazon has announced that it will offer all three seasons of the hit television series Veronica Mars exclusively through its Prime Instant Video service.

Veronica Mars is the popular TV detective show that first premiered in 2004 and lasted for 64 episodes until its end in 2007.

Kristen Bell starred as Veronica, a teenager who also worked as a private investigator under the guidance of her father.

The show took place in the fictional town of Neptune, California.

The release of the series will allow fans to catch up on the series just in time for the first ever Veronica Mars film, which is scheduled to open in theaters March 14.

The film recently made headlines as the most widely supported Kickstarter campaign ever, with more than 91,000 backers. (Kickstarter is a funding platform for creative projects.)

While the project goal for the film was stated at $2 million, fans ultimately contributed $5.7 million, making it the third-highest funded project ever in the company’s history.

In a statement made by Ken Werner, President of Warner Bros. Domestic TV Distribution, Werner stated, “We are thrilled to have Prime Instant Video as a digital distribution outlet for the ‘Veronica Mars’ TV series. Digital distribution platforms such as Amazon’s and licensing deals such as this allow the consumer great opportunities whether they’re die-hard fans who just can’t get enough or a new consumer turned fan who has discovered a fabulous show with dozens of new episodes.”

The Amazon Prime Instant Video service is currently available to members of Amazon Prime.

Amazon Prime is a $79 a year program that offers its members discounted shipping rates, free access to Amazon Instant Video, and the ability to borrow books from the Kindle Owners’ Lending Library.

Other shows available exclusively through Amazon’s Prime Instant Video include previous seasons of USA’s Covert Affairs, PBS’s Downton Abbey and FX’s Justified.
