Vision Airlines began taking reservations Tuesday for its new flights between St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport and Destin-Ft. Walton Beach Airport, and to help celebrate the occasion they are offering a low cost fare for those who book a flight in advance.
The new flights are set to begin on March 25, but anyone who reserves a spot by January 23 will receive a special rate of $49 each way. The cheap flights are an introductory offer for Vision Airline customers.
Vision Airlines is a low-cost airline that is expanding to include many new flights. Beginning April 1 travelers will be able to fly the airline from the St. Petersburg-Clearwater airport to airports in Asheville, NC; Chattanooga, TN; Gulfport/Biloxi, MS; Huntsville, AL; and Macon, GA.
Typical rates for the airline begin at $89 one way.
