Robert Kirkman, writer for the unparalleled series, teased of Daryl Dixon’s death in a recent interview on Entertainment Weekly Radio about the highly anticipated Walking Dead’s Season 5 premiere.
Kirkman actually had lots to say about TWD’s October premiere, “In our premiere episode of season 5 we’re going to give a ton of answers of who the people of Terminus are, what they’re doing, why they’re doing it, what’s going on with them. And by the end of that episode you’re going to have a much better understanding of what’s going on with them and why they’re so important to the show. Oh, and Daryl dies.”
Putting that last thought on hold for a sec, in the rest of the interview Kirkman also says we will get to see Rick and the group kick Termite butt. And although he doesn’t mention it, we’ll hopefully see that long awaited reunion between Rick and Tyreese, Carol, and Judith.
But, Daryl dying?
Come on Kirkman, we know you like to goad us, but that better be a joke!
