Wooden Rattle Recall

Approximately 500 wood rattles are being recalled by the P. Graham Dunn Company.

The concern is that the dowels can be installed incorrectly, which could allow the metallic rattle inside to become accessible, presenting a possible choking hazard.

Though no injuries have been reported, the company is aware of the rattle becoming exposed in such a manner four different times.

The wooden rattle is stained light brown, has 8 dowels and a gold tinted rattle inside. It is 2.75 by 2 inches.

The rattles were sold in a variety of stores for around six dollars. They were manufactured in China.

Consumers should cease use and contact P. Graham Dunn at (800) 828-5260 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday for a full refund. The company’s site is: http://www.pgrahamdunn.com.
