There’s good news for those who are looking forward to the Sony Xperia ZL.
Sony’s online store in U.S has started taking pre-orders. The expected shipping date is April 8.
Oh, there’s some bad news too… the price for the LTE version. $759.99.
But hey, shipping is free, and buyers get 3,800 Sony Rewards points.
The HSPA+ version, which hasn’t hit Sony’s store yet, is slightly less, $719.99.
The Xperia ZL will come in three colors, red, black, and white.
Mobile Syrup is reporting that the phone will be available in Canada first, on April 2. Bell is going to offer it for $599.95, $25 lower than Rogers’s initial price plan to charge outright for the device.
WIND Mobile, Mobilicity, MTS and Videotron are also expected to retail the handset, but there’s no word on their release date or prices.
Sony Xperia ZL comes with a 5-inch display and a 13 megapixel back camera.
Are you going to pre-order, or wait for a US carrier to offer it with a contract?
