Preview: The Cavs kept it close in game 5, but not even LeBron’s impressive 40-point triple-double (his 6th of these playoffs) could help the Cavs win.
J.R. Smith started off strong but faded quick and the rest of the team, including Dellavedova, looked flat as they fell 104-91.
GS, meanwhile, looked like champions and played a strong, clean game.
Steph Curry had an equally impressive night for the Warriors with a 37 point triple-double (his 2nd), and more importantly, he looked comfortable and confident shooting from all over the court.
The rest of the Warriors team came out strong too, particularly Igoudala and Green, and proved to be too much for a depleted Cleveland team.
Cleveland has the advantage of playing game 6 at home, but they are going to need to be close to perfect if they want to force a game 7.
The Warriors know they will be facing a determined LeBron, but if they can keep nerves to a minimum and play like they did in game 6 they will walk away champions.
Predictions: Warriors 108-100.
