2017 Honda Ridgeline – Returning to the Party

Rejoining the midsize pickup segment, Honda unveils the all-new 2017 Ridgeline.

Launching in the the first half of 2016, the all-new Ridgeline makes its return after being designed, developed and manufactured in America. Like its predecessors, it will be unlike anything else on the market.

At its heart, the Ridgeline will use unibody construction, a sophisticated chassis, and available i-VTM4 torque-vectoring AWD system. This should give the Honda better handling, ride quality and cabin quietness over its body-on-frame rivals.

Target squarely at outgoing, adventurous customers, the Ridgeline offers innovative features that Honda claims make it the ultimate tailgating vehicle. These include an In-Bed Trunk, dual-action tailgate and the industry’s first in-bed audio system.

The largest and most versatile cabin allows the Ridgeline to move the whole party as well. The only 4-foot-wide flat bed space in the midsize pickup segment means it can carry all the necessary supplies, too.

To keep the mood right, Apple Car Play and Android Auto compatibility are both available through the 8-inch Display Audio infotainment system.

Honda focused on customization with the new Ridgeline. The long list of Honda Genuine Accessories includes a variety of items to enhance the style and outdoor adventure versatility.

What do you think about the all-new 2017 Honda Ridgeline? Did you miss it during its absence?
