We just got a ton of information in about a big Labor Day sale going on at Amazon.
In an email to Consumer Press, Amazon’s Julie Law wrote “Amazon has some incredible deals for this Labor Day weekend.”
Law pointed us to a special Labor Day Sale section Amazon has created, much like they have done for their Black Friday and other holiday sales over the last few years.
Some of the specific deals she pointed out offer some impressive looking discounts, including up to $800 off Marantz home theater bundles – though she noted that’s only “while supplies last.”
Other deals in the electronics section include $500 off select Bose Lifestyle Home Theater systems (through Sept 7), up to $200 off select touchscreen laptops, $100 off select tablets, and up to 50% off tech accessories including tablet and phone cases, headphones and more.
They also have the Philips SoundBar Home Cinema System CSS2123 on sale through Labor Day for $79.99, 10% off Bose QC15 and QC3 (while supplies last) and kid’s licensed headphones from Sakar – including Hello Kitty, Barbie and Batman versions – on sale for $14.99.
From now through Sept 15, select wines are on sale. Shoppers who purchase three bottles get 20% off.
Select jewelry is up to 70% off through Labor Day. Select watches for men, women and children are 50% off.
In the pet department, select Armarkat pet beds are 20% off (ends tomorrow). Noz2Noz travel soft crates are 10% off and select Drinkwell outdoor fountains are 15% off starting Sept 1. And there’s 15% off on on purchases of 2 or more PetSafe toys (ends tomorrow).
Amazon will have a number of bed frames and mattresses on sale on Labor Day (Sept 2) only. A preview of what will be available is here.

Law also let us know that today’s deal of the day is Stuhrling Original Men’s and Women’s Slim Swiss Quartz Watches.
The August 31st Deal of the Day will be 25% or more off NFL Gameday Essentials.
On September 1, the deal of the day will be a Lorex LNC104 LIVE Ping Wireless Monitoring Camera.
The Sept 2 deal of the day is 20% or more off Lucid mattresses.
