“Google Chrome has stopped working”
If you just got that message when opening your Chrome browser, you’re not alone.
As we reported earlier, it appears that the most recent version of Chrome, 45.0.2454, has a conflict with Comodo that causes Chrome to crash as it opens. The issue has been reported by users of Windows 7, 8 and 10.
Though Google has not responded to users complaining about the crashes in their forum, Comodo has. Several hours ago they announced the release of Comodo Internet Security V220.127.116.1103 (Chrome Hotfix).
Comodo software can also be updated from within the programs.
Did your Chrome browser stop working, freeze up, crash over the last week?
Have you downloaded and tried Comodo’s fix?
