Oprah’s OWN Network has just released a two minute preview for the new OWN documentary series: “Lindsay”.
Lindsay is described as a no-holds-barred account of Lindsay Lohan’s struggle to build a new life after her various legal and addiction issues. The series will follow Lohan as she moves to New York City and attempts to reunite with friends and family.
The preview shows an emotional Lohan attempting to reconcile with her estranged father.
We also see aspects of Lohan that have become long expected: bailing on filming commitments, not sticking to her sobriety, and having emotional breakdowns.
However, this series may be different, as the preview shows Oprah directly telling Lohan to “cut the bull****”.
Lindsay is directed by filmmaker Amy Rice, known for the 2009 documentary By the People: The Election of Barack Obama.
The series will premiere this Sunday at 9:00 only on OWN.
