Goji Smart Lock, an electronic deadbolt, allows you to both lock and unlock your front door with either your smartphone or an electronic key fob.
It also allows you to provide time controlled access to the people you know and trust via a restricted virtual key.
The Goji Smart Lock will send text messages every time the lock is activated, and keep a log of all who have had access to your home.
A 1-megapixel camera located in the doorknob automatically snaps a picture when the knobs twisted, sending a SMS message for approval, before the lock is released.
The Goji Smart Lock will work with both iOS and Android phones, and use an internet connection. The system will be simple, just install the Goji and open an account.
According to the manufacturer the locking system is compatible with most metal and wood doors that use deadbolts, and will come in a variety of colors.
Gogi expects the locks to be available for purchase sometime in March and range in price from $199 to $299.00.
