Tax-Free Weekend 2015 kicks off in most states this week on Friday, August 7 and retailers are offering sales on laptops, computers, iPads, printers, and other electronics for additional savings.

Tax-free sales will begin online tonight at 12:01 a.m. for shoppers who wish to stay up late and beat the in-store rush tomorrow.

At Best Buy, the 64GB iPad Air 2 Wi-Fi is $75 off while the $128 GB iPad Air 2 Wi-Fi is $100 off. Select models of iMacs and MacBooks are also on sale.

Students can save an extra $100 on iMac and MacBook models at Best Buy by signing up for emails at BestBuy.com/student. A coupon code will be emailed that can be used online or in stores for the additional savings.

More of Best Buy’s deals for tax-free weekend 2015 include $100 off a Toshiba 15.6” Full HD touch screen laptop with Windows 10; $100 off a Dell 13.3” Full HD touch screen laptop; a Lenovo 15.6” laptop for $329.99 and free Windows 10 upgrade; and an 11.6” Asus Laptop for $149.99. The HP Envy 4500 printer is only $19.99 (normally $99.99) with the purchase of any HP PC.

Amex cardholders can save an extra $25 on a $250 purchase at Best Buy. The offer will be issued in way of a statement credit for purchases made by 9/30/15. To find the offer, login to your Amex account and sync Best Buy. Then tweet #amexbestbuy to add the offer to the synced Amex card. Users should be sure to get an @reply message from @AmexSync.

Microsoft Store is offering up to $150 off select Surface Pro 3 12” Windows Tablets with Windows 10 through August 29. A Surface pen is included. Shipping is free.

Apple’s best deal includes a pair of Beats Solo 2 On-Ear Headphones free with purchase of a Mac with education pricing. iPads are up to $20 off and select Mac models are up to $200 off with education pricing. Other Mac models and Apple Care are also on sale. Shipping is free online.

Apple offers discounts through way of its Education Pricing “on Apple computers, software and select third party products to college students, parents buying for a college student, or teachers, homeschool teachers, administrators and staff of all grade levels. Lenovo.com is giving shoppers up to 55% off laptops as part of its back-to-school sale through August 12. Free shipping is included.

Office Depot and Office Max have a back-to-school laptop bundle for $399 (a savings of $330) that includes a Dell Inspiron Laptop, Microsoft Office 365 Personal, McAfee Internet Security 2015 Premium Edition, and Microsoft Wireless Mouse.

At Staples, college students can present their college ID to save an extra $50 off laptops and desktops in stores or online at www.staples.com/college with a .edu email address.

Computer deals for tax-free weekend at Staples include a Dell laptop with AMD A6 APU for $279.99 (a savings of $220) and an HP Laptop with Intel Pentium Processor for $349.99 for (a savings of $120). This is before the extra $50 college student savings. All HP inkjet printers are also on sale this week only while savings of up to 50% can be found on printers from other brands including Epson, Brother, Canon and Samsung.

Adorama.com has a Canon Pixma MG2922 Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer on sale for $29.99. That’s a savings of 62% off the normal price. Shipping is free.

Costco has online-only savings of up to $200 off laptops from Dell, HP, and Asus for its members as well as $75 off the HP Officejet Pro 6835 e-All-in-One Color Inkjet Printer and $70 off the Brother MFC-J5720DW All-in-One Inkjet Color Printer.

Walmart has the best deals for tax-free weekend 2015 on graphing calculators. Prices on the TI 83+, TI 84+ and TI 84+ CE calculators have all been rolled back to $88 for back-to-school pricing. They are normally $96, $115, and $125, respectively.

Several stores including Best Buy and Staples will also price match competitors with proof of an advertised price.
