iPad Air To Be Cheaper At Walmart + Up To $300 Credit For Trade-Ins

Walmart has announced they will be selling the all new iPad Air at a slightly discounted price.

The iPad Air will be available nationwide starting November 1st.

Walmart will offer the 16 GB tablet for $479 – $20 less than Apple.

In addition, you will be able to take advantage of Walmart’s new tablet trade-in program, launched yesterday, to trade in your older model for up to $300, depending on its value and condition.

The new iPad Air will be the “lightest full-sized tablet in the world”, weighing in at only 1 lb.

It also will perform 8 times faster than the first generation iPads, and keep its 9.7″ retina display and 10 hour battery life.

Although the news is out early, this will not be a ‘Black Friday’ deal – typically Walmart and other tablet retailers do not offer deals on Apple products, but usually offer them bundled together with a gift card. There have been no announcements yet though.
