Saturday night, August 20th, Kim Kardashian and Chris Humphries tied the knot to become man and wife. No photos of the ceremony or reception have leaked; People Magazine bought the exclusive rights of all photos, while E! cameras caught all the live footage. People Magazine will have a wedding issue on newsstands Friday.
Some attendees at the ceremony on a private estate in Montecito include Ryan Seacrest, the executive producer of the Kardashian reality shows who was accompanied by his girlfriend, Julianne Hough, a former dancing pro on Dancing With the Stars. Other dancing partners in attendance included Mark Ballas and his date Cheryl Burke. Of course, Kim’s family was all in attendance including her stepbrother Brody Jenner who watched the whole thing with his girlfriend, pop star Avril Lavigne on his arm. Other pop stars included Demi Lovato, Ciara and some time pop star Lindsey Lohan, who accompanied her mom Dina and sister Allison.
Kim wore a Vera Wang gown (the designer was also in attendance at the wedding) that was described as a traditional ivory dress with full tulle skirt, basque waist and hand-pieced Chantilly lace appliqué on the bodice and train. Kim’s sisters Khloe and Kourtney wore ivory maids of honor dresses while stepsisters Kylie and Kendall were bridesmaids. Mason Disick, Kim’s nephew, served as ring bearer. Chris Humphries wore a white jacket Ermenegildo Zegna tuxedo with black pants and a white bow tie.
Lorraine Schwartz designed the rings the couple used to seal their vows. She also designed Kim’s $2 million engagement ring.
For the reception, Chris changed into a traditional black tuxedo and Kim made two Vera Wang designed dress changes.
