McDonald’s Introducing New Ordering System To Improve Dine-In Experience

McDonald’s is planning to introduce a new dual-point ordering system.

The goal is to make the dine-in experience more comfortable than it is at the moment.

The fast food giant has been adding new items to its menu, which could also create long waiting times.

Last month, the executives of the company held a webcast with franchisees, where it was showcased that among every 5 complaints from customers, one was about the staff being unfriendly.

Apart from being an issue with training, longer waiting times could also be the reason for the issue.

McDonald’s is relying on the new system to fix things.

The new system will include by printing numbers on receipts. An overhead screen will flash the order numbers that have been prepared and are ready for pick up.

This new system will allow customers to sit or walk around until the food is ready, instead of crowding the register area.

This should allow for a better customer experience.

McDonald’s is also offering free breakfast to Arizona kids today and tomorrow.
