ChallengeLoop is a new app and website that aims to help users stick to goals and keep those New Year’s resolutions. It is a free offering at the iTunes store and works in hand with an accompanying website.

Among the top 10 New Year’s resolutions for 2012 were loosing weight, according to the Journal of Clinical Psychology.  In addition, research has shown that people are more likely to stick to their resolutions if they track themselves by writing things down and telling others about them.  ChallengeLoop let’s users “challenge” friends and others online, upping the game for staying on track.

ChallengeLoop makes blog posting, twitter, Facebook, etc posts easy and, in addition, provides access to prizes that are offered by fitness bloggers, celebrities, and companies.
