No Man’s Sky now has a trailer, and a release date – the game is set to release in June 2016, for PS4.
No Man’s Sky is an exploration game, set in an infinitely procedurally generated universe – that means if you get to the edge, the game just makes more universe for you to keep exploring. The game also has somewhat of a multiplayer component – while it is a single player game, the universe is generated the same for everyone, which allows for a discovery system. If you are the first to discover a planet, you get to name it, and other players will see your name as the discoverer, as well as the name you gave that planet.
