Tonight on NBC’s Season 7 Result Show, America will find out who made it to the Top 10 and who got eliminated.
Last night, the Top 12 gave some great performances, but Team Adam and Team Pharrell shined brighter than the rest.
On tonight’s result show, two artists will go home no matter what team they are on and America will get to instantly save one of the remaining artists.
So, who made it to the Top 10? Who Will America instantly save? Let’s get right into our live recap!
After a performance by Team Gwen, Host Carson Daly reveals that the first artist saved is…Team Adam’s Matt McAndrew. America also saved…Team Gwen’s Anita Antoinette!
After a quick commercial break, it’s time for more results. Carson announces that America has saved…Team Pharrell’s Danica Shirey. America also saved…Team Blake’s Craig Wayne Boyd.
After British singer Ella Henderson’s performance of her hit song “Ghost,” the eliminations continue. The next two artists saved and moving on to next week’s live show are…Team Adam’s Damien and Team Blake’s Reagan James.
After a performance by Team Blake, more results are on the way. Carson reveals the next three artists advancing to next weeks live show. America saved…Team Gwen’s Taylor John Williams. America also saved…Team Adam’s Chris Jamison (This is a sweep for coach Adam as all three of his artists have been saved). America also saved…Team Pharrell’s Luke Wade.
This leaves Team Gwen’s Ryan Sill, Team Pharrell’s Sugar Jones and Team Blake’s Jessie Pitts in the bottom 3. Each of the bottom 3 artists give one last performance in hopes of receiving America’s Instant Save.
First up, Team Blake’s Jessie Pitts gives a hauntingly beautiful performance of “Gravity.” Next up, Team Pharrell’s Sugar Jones gives a stellar vocal performance of “I Wanna Dance With Somebody.” Lastly, Team Gwen’s Ryan Sill showcases the sweet texture of his voice with his performance of “More Than Words.”
The contestant Instantly Saved by America is…Team Gwen’s RYAN SILL. Team Pharrell’s Sugar Jones and Team Blake’s Jessie Pitts are eliminated.
