Walmart’s "Get On The Shelf" Competition In Final Voting Stage

Walmart’s “Get On The Shelf” competition has entered the final stage of voting.

Over 1 million votes were cast in the first round, according to Walmart. 10 finalists were chosen from the more than 4000 products that were submitted. Of these 10, the top three will earn sales space on Walmart.com, and the grand prize winner may be sold at select Walmarts across the country.

We first told you about the “Get On The Shelf” competition in early January. Walmart launched the competition as a way find undiscovered products, and to give small companies and inventors a way to be found.

The first round of voting took place from March 7 through April 4. The 10 finalists from that round represents a diverse product group. In no particular order, the 10 finalists are:

Mr. Spritz Mysterious Shirts, which have images that only appear with the shirt is wet.
