Xbox 720 VS P4 – Xbox Wins, Says Analyst

The next-gen console rivalry will be happening between the PS4 and Xbox 720.

Sony has already revealed some details for their upcoming console, demonstrating what it is capable of during the PlayStation Meeting 2013.

So far we know the PS4 is going to feature 8 GB GDDR5 RAM and an AMD APU.

The controller will feature a Touch Pad at front of the screen, along with social media and gesture control support.

On the other hand, Xbox 720 has been rumored to feature AMD internals as well, and perhaps next-generation Kinect techology.

The question is… who’s going to win the console war between these two?

Wedbush Securities analyst Michael Pachter believes that Microsoft will win the war. As Forbes points out, Patcher mentioned in his presentation at SXSW 2013 that Microsoft’s focus at non-gaming technologies will give it an edge over the PS4.

Xbox 720 features include integrated Skype, a built-in tuner to record video shows, and on-demand TV services.

However, he also praised the PS4 and its hardware.

He writes off W ii U, saying it doesn’t have the potential to drive huge interest.

Which one is it for you? Xbox 720 or PS4?
